It was creating tripping hazards and making it a hassle to load and unload merchandise as they wheeled it into their storage area (the uneven concrete created obstacles for wheeled dolly carts). Slanted concrete can also lead to problems with nearby structures when it drains water into or toward the structure. The concrete in these pictures was dramatically lifted and the now level result aids in draining water away from the building, preventing possible future damages to the building.
