This home in Herbster, WI was built on a block foundation. The new homeowner noticed stability issues immediately in the home's crawlspace as shown. They reached out to DBS, looking for a resource that would tackle this issue head-on.
DBS Design Specialist Cole Lekander visited the home for a free, no-obligation estimate. It was determined that substantial foundation support was needed. DBS Foreman Kevin Steffey and his crew first performed a lifting procedure to the structure. From there, they installed 64 feet of the supplemental support beam, and 8 SmartJack® beams beneath the home in the crawlspace. The crew also drove 16 HelixPro® piers into the ground to support the structure.
The customer was happy with the work done and can now enjoy a supported home for years to come!
