Richard W. concrete slab had settled 1 1/2" in his shop and also he noticed his concrete apron was settling outside the shop. Before it got worse and before someone tripped on it, he after searching us on the web, and found DBS Residential Solutions, Inc.
After we set an appointment for our specialist, Royce Bunn to come out and evaluate the problem. Our specialist offered him the best solution to fix his concrete slabs. Our foreman, Luc Bonk went to Richards home and using our poly equipment, that put 123 lbs of polylevel foam under the 24x16x1 interior slab and lifted it up level with the rest of the floor in the shop and also put 96lbs of polylevel foam under the 40x10x0.75 apron concrete slab, to bring them up level also. Also using our NexusPro joint sealant, Luc fixed the cracks so moisture can't get in them and cause more problems.
Richard has been very happy and hasn't had any further issues with the concrete slabs. Now his concrete floor and apron are safe and stable!
