Foreman Dustin Behning led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they injected PolyLevel® underneath the concrete to fill voids in the soil beneath.

This homeowner in Cambridge, MN noticed the concrete slab in his garage had cracked in one corner. The cracked section then settled into the ground, causing a ledge in the concrete. Wanting to find a solution, he did a bit of research to see who would do a quality job. The homeowner decided to reach out to DBS and made an appointment to have a system design specialist make a trip out to his home for a free no obligation estimate. At the appointment, the specialist did a thorough inspection and explained to the homeowner what the best possible solution was. In order to bring the slab back to its original position, the installation of four slab piers would be the best option. Then, filling the void space with PolyLevel® would leave the garage with a lasting solution. With this combination of installations, the cracked slab would be level once again and the homeowner would no longer have to worry about the uneven concrete.

1 1/2 story house built in 1927 on a block basement. Front of house (formerly porch, but opened up to expand interior space) is not on basement. That part of the house has shift so there are large cracks between the blocks where the front of the house joins the part that has basement underneath.
