Sinking Cabin in Balsam Lake, WI.

Monday, November 26th, 2018 by Alexa Hilger-Sawochka

The cabin had no foundation, but it was beginning to sink and the timbers were rotting. The client needed a solution to the cabin problems quickly because it was sinking and there was no foundation to repair. It is common for homes and cabins to begin sinking because of lose soil and concrete problems beneath the home that is not aligning the area correctly. We’ve worked with many homes to do a lift and level service, making sure that the area is lifted to its original placement and maintained there, we also often use concrete repair services to make sure that any cracking or movement in concrete from the sinking is fixed and stable.

If this problem sounds like something that you have been noticing in your home, do not hesitate to call for a free, no-obligation estimate. We’re happy to come to your home! Our design specialists can look at the household problems and create effective solutions.
