Does Your Foundation Need DBS?

A home in Hackensack, MN called DBS looking to repair their basement, but unsure of what services they would specifically need. It seems the clients were aware of their foundation problems because they had noticed the bowing of the walls, but they also thought they needed waterproofing attention. DBS came to the home to see what the problem was. We sent our design specialists to the home to evaluate the home and walk through the problems and required services with our clients, making sure they understand every step.

The home had bowing, unstable walls that required the strength of our PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System to make sure the basement walls were studying and setting the entire foundation of the home up properly. Then we found that the home needed a SuperSump® premier pump system, the sump pump needed to be replaced because the water was not being managed properly in the basement. This sump pump is deluxe and trustworthy, it will maintain and manage the water in the home reliably for our clients. We also added a LawnScape Outlet to drain the water away from the home and keep the area dry. Upon our customers request, we installed insulation as needed to keep the home warm, while also adding a few energy efficient windows to bring in natural light. Both the insulation and the windows will work to keep the utility bills down and make the home more energy efficient. The entire home will see an overall improvement in the temperature, foundation structure, and energy efficiency based on all these services and DBS is happy to create this environment for our clients!
