Challenge
This customer had two walls in the basement that had horizontal cracks and were tipping in at the top. The soils on the outside of the basement wall was big pit rock and sand. It was a good draining soil but blasting from the mine and lacking support from the inside the block walls were no match.
Solution
The Power Brace System was a perfect fit! We could acheive stabilization without exterior excavation and the customer was left with a long lasting solution, and also with a transferable warranty if he is to ever sell the home!
